We are dedicated to empowering children and families to build prosperous futures through financial literacy education, with experiential and fun learning tools and opportunities. Over time, we are convinced that this approach will empower entrepreneurs, and build stronger communities.
This philosophy of empowering the family first is the derivation of our company name “Pay Your Family First.” Our mission is to make every member of the family an active team member, with a focus on the future. In this way, we build everyone up, and everyone wins.
We teach by providing solutions for everyday problems, resulting in real world learning experiences. We live and teach the principles of collaboration and cooperation, doing what you say you are going to do, be responsive (within 24 hours), and lead by example. Everyone should celebrate all wins, and everyone shows an attitude of gratitude (humility).
Our primary goal is to turn ‘entitlement’ into ‘empowerment’ within the family unit.
