Sharon Lechter - Founder

A life-long education advocate, Sharon Lechter is the founder of Pay Your Family First, a financial education organization, and Pay Your Family First, an innovative new way to spark the entrepreneurial spirit in our children.

Sharon helps shape the state of financial literacy in our nation and how best to promote a financially literate populous through her appointment to the President’s Advisory Council on Financial Literacy. She and the 18 other members of the council were selectively appointed by President Bush, continue to serve President Obama and advise him on the need for financial literacy education.

Phillip Lechter is a father, accomplished business owner, real estate investor, financial literacy advocate, and educator as well as President and co-founder of Pay Your Family First — He is also co-creator of the ThriveTime for Teens board game, a money & life reality game and an instructor for the Nouveau Riche Real Estate Investment College.

Kevin Stock has years of experience in image building, package design, book publishing, board games and product development. His companies have created “images” for clients such as Best Western, Motorola, CASHFLOW Technologies Inc. including the Rich Dad Brand and the Rich Dad series of books and games, TechPress Publishing and others, including most recently MyCase Manager and Pay Your Family First.

Angela Totman is an education advocate with over 8 years of experience working with companies that create financial education products.  As the Director of Operations for Pay Your Family First, she oversees daily activity, manages special projects and supports the development and maintenance of essential partnerships. She has also contributed to the development of financial education and entrepreneurship products and works to maximize the impact and benefit of these products through training and facilitation of programs built around them.
